A Pilates Sculpt class works your body blending Pilates with strength training. Targeting muscle endurance, toning and burn. We work the muscles to fatigue. In these classes, we may add some props such as weights, ball or the magic ring.
Overall, this class will be fun and the 45 minutes will go quickly.
