Our Pilates Classes

We offer a range of Pilates classes designed to suit every body and every lifestyle.

Pilates Flow

In this class you will practise smooth transitions through classical Pilates moves focusing on control, breath, alignment and flow. You will leave with a glow and the feeling that you have awoken your body.

Pilates Sculpt

Our Sculpt sessions blend Pilates with strength training to target muscle endurance and tone. We sometimes add weights or other props. We always have fun.

Over 40s Pilates

Exercise with others like you in a non-judging, friendly class. All exercises can be adjusted for specific conditions or injuries.

Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to support and challenge your body in all the right ways. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to movement, our classes are designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence.
