Pilates Flow is our standard mat Pilates class.
Like all Pilates, it’s designed to stretch and strengthen your entire body. The term ‘flow’ comes from the way you move smoothly from one exercise to the next. In addition to working your muscles, you’ll focus on your core, the alignment of your spine, and your breath.
Think of your Pilates Flow class as yoga with movement. Breathing and calm combined with a physical workout.
