At HB Studio, our small class sizes are part of what makes the experience special.

To ensure fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that the following policy is observed:

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your class.

Cancellations can be made via the booking app or online.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

​

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee
• Missed classes (no show) will incur a $10 fee

This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

Membership Courtesy

​

Members receive 3 late cancellation exemptions per month, providing flexibility when needed.

A Shared Commitment

Booking a class secures your place in a small group session.

We appreciate your consideration in cancelling early if you’re unable to attend.

Intro Offer Courtesy

Our Intro Offer is designed to help you build a consistent routine.

Repeated missed or late-cancelled classes may result in restricted booking access during the Intro Offer period.
