Hello, I am Claire,
I am the founder and lead instructor of HB Studio. I previously worked in stressful roles sitting at a desk all day which impacted my posture, overall health and self esteem. Having tried many other exercise regimes, I tried Pilates and fell in love with it and chose to change career to be an instructor. Since doing Pilates, my posture, self confidence and overall wellbeing has improved. I enjoy the connection with the community that teaching Pilates brings and hope this inspires other to give Pilates a try.

I check in with you before we start, to make sure I know about any injuries or issues.

I actively monitor your alignment during exercise, to ensure that your muscles are getting the most out of the exercise and to prevent injuries.

Above all, I make it fun. Good music, and a welcoming atmosphere.
